Ectasias on the right posterior cord after a traumatic intubation

This person had a general anesthetic. She lost her voice after the procedure. She was told that it was a difficult intubation. I suspect the shed a tear in her right vocal cord near the posterior edge. I believe these capillary ectasias formed during the healing process after this vocal cord trauma. When they heal, they run a more tortuous route and are larger vessels than previously.
