Sydney: “What are the bones in the end of your toes?”
Dad: “I don’t know, I’m an ear, nose and throat doctor.”
Mom: “They are tarsals.” (she is an expert on walking)
Sydney: “I thought they were phalanges.”
Dad: “I think the tarsals are in the back of the foot. I’ll get Grays Anatomy.”

Later...
Dad: “What do you know? They are phalanges! Is this the beginning of our children being smarter than their parents?”
